WakaWaka Power+ Solar Charger, an alternative new solar light and charger with a social conscious
I recently purchased a WakaWaka Power+ Solar Charger from AmazonPrime Now as tropical storm Erika was approaching Florida in late August 2015 for preparations. Thankfully, Erika disintegrated for the most part and we only saw minor rains but it served as an opportunity to buy a WakaWaka Power+ Solar Charger. Pictured bellow, with some details you see what this baby can do. I have heard good things about the WakaWaka for over a year now and decided this was the time to buy. A bit pricey at around $80, but consider the fact that the company will donate one to people in need in poor communities around, then you are than just paying $40 a pop. Keep in mind, the is version two of the product.
I been using it now for about a week for several missions around the house late at night and find it quite useful. Well built with a smart design. Would recommend buying one.
